John Miles, MPA (Vice President for Program Management): John retired from CDC after 34 years of service as a Public Health Advisor in the National Center for HIV, STD, and TB Prevention (NCHHSTP) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  John is experienced in multiple dimensions of public health program planning, implementation, administration/management and evaluation from local, state and Federal level perspectives. He managed/directed large city, state public health programs during emergence of HIV and helped formulate national prevention and intervention activities.  Since retirement, John has provided extensive consultation in the area of correctional health.
