Rachel Ward (Vice President for Business Development): Rachel brings five years of Federal consulting experience focusing in public health programs. She joined CCI in 2009 to assist Joseph Carter in opening the Atlanta Office, and currently serves as Vice President overseeing the development and submission of technical and business proposals. Rachel also manages several task orders providing public health research and management consulting services to various Centers for Disease Control and Prevention programs including the Health Services Research Branch (HSREB) within the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) as well as the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention (DHAP) within the National Center for HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention (NCHHSTP).
